2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving license appropriate for the scooter category (Category A1 or A for 125cc+, Category B for 50cc). An international driving permit may be required for non-EU license holders. The renter must present the original license at pickup.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of vehicle pickup. We accept cash (EUR) and major credit/debit cards. Prices are as listed on our website and include basic third-party liability insurance and two helmets. No prepayment is required to make a booking.

4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at the time of pickup. The standard deposit is €100 for 50cc–125cc scooters. The deposit is returned in full upon return of the vehicle in the same condition. Deposits are accepted in cash (EUR) only.

5. Insurance

All rentals include basic third-party liability insurance. This covers damage to other vehicles and property. Damage to the rented scooter, including scratches, dents, and mechanical damage caused by misuse, is the responsibility of the renter. We recommend that renters exercise caution and wear the provided helmets at all times.

6. Rider Responsibility

The renter agrees to operate the vehicle safely and in accordance with Montenegrin traffic laws. Helmets must be worn at all times. The renter is responsible for any traffic fines incurred during the rental period. The vehicle must not be used for racing, off-road riding, or any illegal activities. The renter must not allow unlicensed persons to operate the vehicle.
